How to make a reservation

1. On the homepage, click on the event you'd like to attend
2. Click on the green "reserve a spot" button
3. Enter your and your guests' information and click "save and continue to payment"
4. Enter your payment information, and coupon code if you have it
5. Click "complete reservation"

But, I'm on the waitlist, what do I do?

If you're on the waitlist, its because either the groupmuse is currently full or the host has asked to review all rsvp's. If the groupmuse is full, you'll be automatically added to the waitlist in case a spot opens up. This happens more often than you may think! 🙂 If you rsvp'd, are placed on the waitlist but don't get a spot, we will refund you automatically for your rsvp. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process it and reflect it in your account.

Or, sometimes hosts want to be able to manually approve all rsvp's. It helps to have a picture in your profile when hosts are reviewing your rsvp. To add a picture to your profile, follow these instructions:

1. log in
2. Click on the avatar for your profile in the upper right hand corner
3. Select "account settings" from the drop down menu
4. Under "basic info" you'll see a button to add a picture
