Manage my event
Need to send out a message to your groupmuse's attendees/musicians all at once? Or make a reservation for someone for your own groupmuse? Or (if you're a musician) download the list of attendees who opted into your personal e-mail list? The Manage Event Page is the place for all of the above! Follow these instructions to get there:
1.) Sign in to www.groupmuse.com
2.) Click on your profile name in the upper right hand corner, then use the drop down menu to select "Host Dashboard" or "Musician Dashboard."
3.) Find the correct event in your dashboard. Click "manage reservations"; small text underneath the big green invite button
4.) For messaging: On the right hand side, click "Message attendees." A "Send a message" pop-up will appear on your screen. Fill out the subject and a note, then when you're done click the green "Send" button to get the word out!
You can also use this same "Manage Event" page to message musicians or reserve a spot for someone!
If you are a musician, you can also download the e-mails of your guests who have opted in to your direct newsletter.
